Jorgen Rehn is an associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, where he is a member of the corporate/M&A practice group. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Mr. Rehn represents clients in multiple industries and of varying size, ranging from start-up companies to large public companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rehn served as an associate attorney at an international law firm where he assisted clients in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. He also participated on buy- and sell-side deal teams for both public companies and private equity clients.
During law school, Mr. Rehn worked as a summer research assistant to Professor John Rappaport, researching criminal law and policing. Mr Rehn also taught as an adjunct professor at Moody Bible Institute.
