Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rehn served as an associate attorney at an international law firm where he assisted clients in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. He also participated on buy- and sell-side deal teams for both public companies and private equity clients.
During law school, Mr. Rehn worked as a summer research assistant to Professor John Rappaport, researching criminal law and policing. Mr Rehn also taught as an adjunct professor at Moody Bible Institute.
