Joseph (Joe) Milano is an associate at the firm’s Los Angeles office. He is a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation and Disputes practice group.
Prior to joining the firm Joe served as an associate attorney at the Los Angeles office of an AmLaw 100 firm. Through this role Joe represented a diverse range of corporate clients in complex commercial and business litigation matters involving contract and partnership disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, false advertising, banking and securities, intellectual property, shareholder derivative actions, and real estate in state and federal court. In addition, Joe’s experience includes all aspects of civil litigation, including appellate briefing, taking and defending depositions of parties and witnesses, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and trial.
Before entering private practice, Joe worked as a Major League Baseball Players Association-certified player agent for the Beverly Hills Sports Council, where he engaged in extensive contract negotiation and salary arbitration.
