Julia Mitarotondo is an associate in the litigation department of the firm’s Boston office. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation matters and employment law. Julia’s litigation experience includes international arbitration matters, construction disputes, insurance coverage disputes, employment discrimination matters, and general civil and commercial litigation cases. Julia has experience in many phases of complex civil litigation, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, and managing discovery for clients. She also has experience in advising clients on state and federal labor and employment law compliance.
Julia also performs pro bono work to help undocumented children obtain legal status in the United States.
Prior to joining the firm, Julia was a summer associate in the firm’s Boston office in 2015. In addition, she was a judicial extern to the Honorable F. Dennis Saylor IV of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Julia was a legal intern was at Greater Boston Legal Services, and a litigation paralegal for a national law firm.
