K&L Gates Adds Pittsburgh Labor and Employment Partner

Pittsburgh - The Pittsburgh office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP has added David J. Garraux as a partner in the labor, employment and workplace safety practice. He joins the firm from Fox Rothschild LLP.

Garraux focuses his practice on employment discrimination litigation, traditional labor activities, and counseling employers on day-to-day employment issues and best practices. He regularly handles employment litigation matters involving Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), while also advising clients on collective bargaining matters, union organizing campaigns, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN).
