Kaitlyn J. Sikora

Kaitlyn Sikora is an associate at the firm’s San Francisco office. She is a member of the real estate practice group. Kaitlyn focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on the financing, acquisition, disposition, and leasing of all types of properties including office, retail, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, mixed-use projects and undeveloped land. Kaitlyn’s practice includes helping clients with the environmental review and land use entitlement of large scale mixed use development projects. Kaitlyn has represented and advised a broad range of clients including owners, developers, loan servicers and real estate investment firms. She has extensive experience handling a wide spectrum of real estate transactions.

Kaitlyn has been named Super Lawyer, Northern California Rising Star since 2016.

Prior to joining the firm, Kaitlyn served as a senior attorney in the real estate practice group at an international law firm where she advised and represented various clients from owners, developers, lenders, agents, brokers, landlords, and tenants in disputes related to real property and real estate transactions.
