Kerry Dick is a senior associate and patent and trade mark attorney in the Melbourne Intellectual Property group. Kerry has substantial technical knowledge and practical experience in vehicle design and safety, drafting and prosecuting patent applications in different jurisdictions including Australia, New Zealand, Europe, China, and the U.S.
Prior to joining K&L Gates, Kerry worked at a specialist IP firm where she protected her clients' IP rights including patents and designs. Kerry worked across multiple jurisdictions, prosecuting patents predominantly in the fields of mechanical and automotive engineering, construction and medical devices.
