Kevin has over 16 years of experience providing legal and regulatory compliance advice in the financial services industry, beginning with his role as an associate at McGlinchey Stafford, PLLC. He later served as General Counsel and CCO of Meridian Capital Partners, Inc., a sponsor and manager of US and Cayman-based funds, which closed its doors in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin most recently worked on a contract basis, counseling investment advisory firms with respect to laws, regulatory guidance and best practices, and advising on formation, operations, management and marketing of private funds.
