Kitt A. Ritter

Kitt Ritter is a member of the banking and asset finance practice group. She represents banks and financial institutions as well as sponsors and borrowers in a variety of complex debt financing transactions. She is experienced with domestic and cross-border work, syndicated and bilateral loans, secured and unsecured facilities and asset-based financings.

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Kitt was an associate at a prominent law firm in New York City where she primarily represented borrowers in sponsor driven acquisition financings.

Prior to joining the firm, Kitt served as a banking and finance associate of a global law firm in New York City where she focused her practice on debt finance transactions, including multijurisdictional credit facilities, acquisition financings and subordinated and mezzanine credit facilities. She is experienced in advising private companies and private equity funds entering into financings in a variety of industries, including health care, manufacturing and technology. She is also experienced in representing financial institutions in their role as agent banks and lenders in secured and unsecured credit facilities.
