Leslie A. Berkseth

Leslie Berkseth is an associate at the firm’s Seattle office, where her practice focuses on a broad range of commercial and agricultural real estate matters, including real estate financing and loans, acquisitions and sales, and commercial leasing. Leslie’s relevant experience involves issues related to real estate financing (including intercreditor and co-lending arrangements), commercial office and retail leasing, and the sale and acquisition of commercial and agricultural property.

Leslie served as a summer associate at the firm in 2017. In 2016, she served as an intern at DV LEAP in Washington, D.C. During law school, Leslie served as a student attorney with the Georgetown Law Civil Rights Clinic where she represented clients in several high-profile First Amendment-related litigation matters. Prior to law school, Leslie worked for a mid-sized real estate law firm in the Seattle area.
