Lindsay Stevens is a lawyer in the Real Estate practice group, focusing on property acquisitions and disposals, property development work, co-venture structures, and commercial, industrial and retail leasing in the Sydney office.

Lindsay advises clients including vendors, purchasers, property developers, landlords and tenants in relation to their property transactions. Lindsay has experience in preparing key transaction documents including contracts, lease documents, conveyancing documents and other commercial agreements.

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Lindsay worked as a Supervising Paralegal at Community Legal Centre in Sydney, providing legal services in a variety of specialist areas including residential tenancies and housing law, employment, and credit, debt & consumer issues.

In 2019 Lindsay joined K&L Gates as a seasonal law clerk, working in both the Real Estate and Policy and Regulatory practice groups. Lindsay commenced her graduate year in 2021, rotating with Real Estate (Property), Corporate (Equity Capital Markets & Mergers and Acquisitions) and Construction and Infrastructure (contentious and non-contentious) practice groups.
