Dr. Manuela Krach

Manuela Krach is a special counsel in the firm’s London office and a member of the banking and asset finance practice group. She concentrates her practice on aviation finance matters and regularly acts for airlines, leasing companies and financiers on complex transactions, mainly cross-border and multi-jurisdictional across Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia and Africa, in relation to the financing, purchase, sale and leasing of commercial and private aircraft. Manuela also regularly advises on new aircraft deliveries in Seattle, State of Washington, Toulouse, France and Hamburg, Germany.

Prior to joining the firm, Manuela was an associate in the London office of an international law firm since 2011, where she was a member of the aviation finance department. In addition, she worked as associate in the restructuring and special situations practice group in the London office of a Silver Circle firm.

Manuela is dual-qualified, as solicitor in England and Wales and as “Rechtsanwältin” in Germany. She obtained a doctoral degree (Dr. iur.) at University of Trier with a dissertation on Mexican law.
