Margaret L. Power

Maggie Power is an associate at the firm’s Research Triangle Park office. She is a member of the health care practice group. Maggie advises academic medical centers, health systems, hospitals, and ancillary service providers, such as pharmacies, on all areas of transactional and regulatory health law. Her scope of work includes drafting physician arrangements to comply with various regulatory requirements, advising on state and federal fraud and abuse laws, data privacy and security requirements, and pharmacy supply chain contracting, including the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program. She also represents clients in administrative matters before regulatory tribunals.

Prior to joining the firm, Maggie served as an associate at a U.S. law firm where she focused her practice on transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters for clients ranging from individual health practitioners to large health systems. She also represented clients in state and federal criminal matters. Additionally, Maggie served as an intern at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Public Health Law Program.
