Dr. Mario Starre

Mario Starre is a senior associate at K&L Gates and member of the litigation and dispute resolution practice group. He advises German and international companies of various industries in the resolution of large-scale commercial disputes before state courts.

His focus is specific to bank and capital market legal disputes. Furthermore, Mario has extensive experience with contestation and compensation disputes after company insolvencies.

Mario joined K&L Gates in December 2016. Before joining the firm’s Berlin office, he worked for another leading international law firm in the public law as well in the litigation/controversy departments. He was admitted to the bar in 2015.
