Matthew Gluschankoff

Matthew Gluschankoff is an associate in the firm's San Francisco office and a member of the Power practice group. Matt’s practice focuses on a broad range of transactional matters across the renewable energy sector, with an emphasis on project development. He represents clients in the drafting and negotiation of construction and procurement agreements, including EPC, equipment supply, subcontracting, service and maintenance, and operation and maintenance (O&M). Matt also represents clients in the purchase and sale of renewable energy through major power purchase agreements - both virtual and physical. In particular, Matt has extensive experience in the development of wind farm projects and leverages his knowledge of the renewable energy industry to be of value to his clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Matt served as an associate at an international law firm, where he focused his practice on renewable energy transactions. In particular, Matt aided clients in matters concerning project development and construction, including turbine supply agreements, service and maintenance agreements, EPC agreements, and subcontract agreements of various scopes. Additionally, Matt has experience in a variety of corporate transactional matters in Latin America and in the field of business immigration.
