Megan Moore is an associate at the firm’s Pittsburgh office. She is a member of the investigations, enforcement, and white collar practice group. Megan concentrates her practice on internal investigations, compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”), and white collar defense.
As part of her internal investigations practice, Megan assists in internal investigations on behalf of clients to evaluate exposure under federal statutes. She conducts interviews, drafts reports, and manages the review of electronically stored information. As part of her FCPA practice, Megan undertakes due diligence investigations of current and prospective business partners, distributors, agents, and acquisition targets by evaluating anti-corruption risks associated with potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Megan is also a member of the firm’s pro bono group. Some of her pro bono work includes representing prisoners in 42 U.S.C. § 1983 cases.
