Melania Carulli

Melania Carulli is an associate in the firm's Milan office. She is a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. Melania provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance to national companies and multinational groups operating in the engineering, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and transport sectors. She also gained experience in regulatory matters, public procurement, and animal law.

Prior to joining the firm, Melania gained experience working in a leading international law firm in the Milan office, dealing with contentious and non-contentious commercial matters. During that period, she also worked as a secondee at a company listed on the MTA market, which focuses on the design and development of software technologies.

Afterwards, Melania cooperated with a boutique law firm in Milan where she has accrued experience in drafting judicial documents relating to civil, banking, financial and corporate law.

In addition to her experience in law firms, Melania served under Judge Dr. Lorenzo Orsenigo in Milan where she conducted legal research, prepared case reports for hearings and drafted sentences. 

In 2019, Melania was honored as a "deserving student" by ALGIUSMI, an association that annually awards the top five graduates of the year at University of Milan.

In 2023, Melania was appointed as a member of the Animal Law Commission of the Council of the Milan Bar Association.

Since June 2018, Melania has been collaborating with Prof. Christian Romeo, Associate Professor of Private Law at the University of Milan. Melania holds weekly seminars on liability and contracts, tests students on exams and supervises thesis research.
