Michael Fakhoury is an associate at the firm’s Chicago office. He is a member of the securities and transactional litigation practice group.
Michael was a summer associate at K&L Gates. Prior to joining the firm, Michael served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Victoria A. Roberts of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. While in law school, Michael worked as an extern at the Securities and Exchange Commission – Office of the General Counsel, where he researched and drafted memoranda concerning securities law and corporate finance matters, and Facebook – Privacy and Public Policy, where he participated in domestic and international policy discussions surrounding privacy issues and monitored privacy legislation developments. He also served as the editor-in-chief for the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal.
