Mohamed Altaji

Mohamed Altaji is a trilingual paralegal in the firm's Doha office. Mohamed’s practice is focused on dispute resolution as well as commercial and corporate matters. Mohamed has experience in construction and infrastructure dispute resolution in Qatar and has been exposed to commercial and corporate matters relating to the laws of England, Qatar, and the Qatar Financial Centre.

Prior to joining the firm, Mohamed worked at a legal clinic based in the UK where he was exposed to various fields of law including employment, housing, family, and welfare, and was assigned clients with various backgrounds and legal issues to interview and advise. Mohamed has work experience in a number of UK-based multi-service law firms where he gained firsthand experience on handling corporate and commercial transactions and disputes. Mohamed is currently involved in a number of corporate transactions that include drafting and translating legal documents such as memoranda of advice, articles of association, legal prospectuses, and share purchase agreements. He additionally assists with drafting legal submissions to local courts and communicating with local firms on dispute matters.
