Prior to joining the firm Molly served as a law clerk and summer associate in the firm’s Portland office. During this time she conducted initial trademark clearance searches analyzing questions of likelihood of confusion, descriptiveness, and barriers to use and registration. Molly also drafted complaints, answers, and motions in connection with trademark litigation.
