Nicolas Hipp is an associate at the firm's Brussels office. He is a member of the antitrust, competition and trade regulation practice group. His practice covers a wide range of competition issues, including European and multi-jurisdictional merger control analysis and filings, horizontal and vertical agreements, and antitrust compliance.
Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Nicolas worked as a legal consultant in a leading British law firm in Brussels, focusing on all areas of EU competition law, including merger control and antitrust investigations.
Nicolas also worked as an intern in French and international law firms in Brussels and Paris as well as at the General Court of the EU in Luxembourg, where he gained experience in French and EU competition law, regulatory law and EU litigation.
