Nicole Poulos is an associate at the firm’s Chicago office and a member of the technology transactions practice group. Her practice focuses on intellectual property, technology transactions, and privacy and data security matters.
Nicole began her career as a litigator, helping clients navigate complex business disputes. Nicole leverages the business insights she gained to provide clients with strategic, practical, and actionable advice on a variety of technology and IP matters.
She uses her experience to counsel clients on licensing and technology transactions, cloud computing, data center and infrastructure projects, and privacy and data security issues. Nicole drafts and negotiates intellectual property and technology license agreements. She also manages global trademark portfolios and advises clients on filing strategies and proper trademark usage in marketing and advertising materials.
Nicole advises clients from entrepreneurs and small growth companies to large corporations in a range of industries including technology, telecommunications, healthcare, financial services, retail, and food and beverage. Prior to joining the firm, Nicole served as an associate for a national law firm.
