Date: June 2021
Watch Now

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Director Jenny Yang and EEOC Chair Charlotte Burrows have publicly indicated that pay equity will be a primary focus for both agencies. There is also much speculation that pay data collection is on the horizon once again.

During this one-hour webinar, Washington, DC, Labor, Employment and Workplace Safety partner, Craig Leen, former Director of the OFCCP, provides an overview of how OFCCP and the EEOC approach and evaluate pay equity, providing insights from his time leading OFCCP and coordinating with the EEOC on this specific topic. He also highlights how companies can analyze and self-audit their workforce to identify pay disparities and then proactively address them in a lawful manner under Title VII and EO 11246.

This is the second session in a three-part webinar series, where Craig provides insights on potential pay data collection, and the potential for more litigation and enforcement actions (part 3).
