Priti Joshi is a senior associate in the corporate group and has over eight years' experience in corporate and commercial law. She focuses on capital markets and fundraising, mergers and acquisitions (private and public) and corporate governance.
Having previously worked as a lawyer at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in the Corporations team, Priti has extensive experience in reviewing fundraising and takeover disclosures and identifying inadequate disclosures which may draw the attention of the regulator. Priti leverages her previous experience with the corporate regulator to provide considered advice and pragmatic solutions to her clients.
Priti has also previously worked as a corporate and commercial lawyer in private legal practices as well as a multidisciplinary professional services firm. She has acted for clients across a range of industries including health, hospitality, energy and resources, mining, motor vehicle dealerships, construction, fast food and fast moving consumer goods.
