Rachel joined the firm as a summer clerk and then as a graduate, completing the graduate program and gaining exposure to property law, labour, employment, work relations and safety matters, corporate and transactional matters and energy, infrastructure and resources. Rachel has worked across a range of industry sectors, including energy, retail, childcare and technology, and on a range of matters including private mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and general corporate advisory work.
Prior to starting at the firm, Rachel worked as a junior environmental coordinator at a tier 1 contractor, including on the M2 Upgrade and Westconnex Stage 1A projects, and at a not-for-profit environmental legal centre.
