Ranita Yogeeswaran graduated from the University of Manchester in 2015 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2017. She is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group. She has acted in all levels of the Singapore Courts, including the Singapore International Commercial Court and the Court of Three Judges, as well as in arbitration matters on a variety of disputes, including: 

  • Banking disputes;
  • Equity and trust disputes;  
  • Insolvency and restructuring matters; 
  • Setting aside of arbitral awards; 
  • Tortious disputes, including medico-legal matters; 
  • Debt recovery proceedings; and 
  • Disciplinary proceedings against lawyers.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Ranita graduated with a First Class Honours in Law from the University of Manchester and qualified as an advocate and solicitor in the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2017.

Prior to joining the firm, she served as an associate at Straits Law Practice LLC, where her primary areas of practice were civil and commercial litigation.
