Riccardo Malaguti is an associate in the firm's Milan office.
He concentrates his practice mainly on corporate and commercial non-contentious matters, with a specific focus on M&A, joint venture, and other corporate transactions. In particular, Riccardo advises a major international organization in its equity investments in financial institutions and industrial players in the Balkans area, East Europe and Turkey.
Riccardo has also gained significant transactional experience in the energy industry that includes advising industrial clients and institutional investors (both domestic and international) in structuring and negotiating M&A transactions in the renewables sector.
Riccardo graduated with honors in European and Transnational Law from the University of Trento and obtained a master (LL.M.) in Commercial and Company Law from the Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam. He also attended various specialization courses, including one on International Commercial Litigation and Arbitration at the London School of Economics.
Prior to joining the firm, Riccardo was a trainee lawyer at another law firm in Milan where he worked both on contentious and non-contentious commercial related matters, with particular focus on intellectual property law, and gained significant experience in drafting commercial agreements.
