Rich Minice is a corporate associate in the firm's Seattle office. His practice focuses on general corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, cross border transactions, public and private securities offerings, energy transactions, corporate governance and compliance, equity and debt financing, venture capital and private equity investments. Rich represents startup and emerging growth companies through formation, financing and exit. Representative clients operate in industries including private equity, technology, manufacturing, energy & renewables, and agriculture.
Rich was a summer associate at K&L Gates in 2016. Prior to joining K&L Gates, he was a legal extern at the Supreme Court of Missouri and a Legal Intern with PACCAR INC. Before becoming an attorney, Rich was a Tennis Professional at Central Park Tennis Club--where he also worked in membership acquisition--and High Performance Tennis Northwest, based in Kirkland, Washington.

Rich is a member of the Advisory Board for the Downtown Seattle YMCA. He also performs pro-bono work in the nonprofit sector, and assists the Northwest Immigration Rights Project on a case-by-case basis with asylum applications and their related hearings.
