Roberto Lusardi is a senior associate in the firm’s Doha office. His practice focus is on corporate/commercial matters and various TMT transactions, specifically on large/turnkey projects and related implementation.
Roberto has worked in Qatar since 2008, mainly in private practice but with some in-house experience, for clients in various sectors, including large corporates, TMT, infrastructure and financial services. He has advised clients both in private and public sectors, within and outside the GCC, on matters relating to English, Qatar and QFC law.
Prior to joining the firm in Qatar, Roberto practiced in South Africa for 10 years before a short stint as a consultant with a leading regional law firm in Bucharest, Romania.
From 2008 to 2015, Roberto practised as a senior associate with another international law firm in its Doha office, working primarily on corporate/M&A and TMT transactions. From 2015 to 2017, he worked in-house at Al Jazeera Media Network as senior legal counsel attending to and managing substantial media and technology projects. From 2017 to 2019, Roberto practised at another law firm advising primarily on TMT matters and transactions.
