Ruth Chang is a senior associate with the construction and infrastructure practice group. Ruth has over 10 years' experience advising on non-contentious and contentious construction, infrastructure, and energy projects.
Ruth has extensive experience advising employers, developers, contractors, funders and consultants on numerous standard form contracts (particularly JCT, NEC) and appointments and finance documents (bonds, guarantees), as well as bespoke forms and related documentation.
Ruth has also worked on large-scale construction disputes arising from projects in UK and overseas, including TCC litigation, international arbitration, adjudication and mediation.
Ruth has extensive experiences advising on cladding-related litigation and any non-contentious arrangements concerning heating contracts for all UK development projects
