Ryan Hebert

Ryan Hebert focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has experience in all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts. Ryan also has experience in mediation and arbitration.

Ryan has represented and counseled clients in diverse matters including commercial contract disputes, shareholder disputes, insurance coverage, internal investigations, class actions, trade secret protection, and issues related to intellectual property ownership and licensing. Ryan’s broader commercial disputes practice includes motions practice, managing e-discovery teams and complex document collections and productions, fact investigation, and drafting pre and post-trial filings.

Ryan also maintains an active pro bono practice representing asylum seekers in Immigration Court and individuals petitioning the Washington State Clemency and Pardons Board.

Before attending law school, Ryan supported three Assistant United States Attorneys as a legal assistant in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Washington.
