Serena Germani is an associate in the firm’s Milan office. She focuses her practice on non-contentious and contentious matters, in particular on corporate and commercial law.
Serena has assisted clients with respect to general corporate matters, including purchase and sale of participations, activity of company’s secretariat, due diligence, and compliance with national legislation on the administrative liability of entities. Serena has also been involved in drafting commercial agreements for multinational companies and assisting them in the relevant commercial litigation as well as assisting them with respect to data protection and e-commerce legal issues.
Serena obtained her law degree, discussing her thesis in corporate law on directors and officers liability. Prior to joining the firm, Serena had an internship in a medium-sized Italian law firm specialized in general corporate and energy law.
