Prior to joining the firm, Max worked in the banking department at a multinational law firm headquartered in London where she began as a paralegal. She has experience in trade and commodity, emerging markets, investment grade, shipping, aviation, sovereign lending, funds, and real estate finance. This experience includes, among other things, drafting and negotiating facility agreements, amendment and restatement agreements, and security documents.
