Stefano Prinzivalli Castelli

Stefano Prinzivalli Castelli is an associate at the firm's Brussels office. He is a member of the Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation practice group. Stefano provides antitrust and competition representation before the European Commission and other national competition authorities.

Stefano provides legal assistance and support on a wide spectrum of competition matters, including cartels, horizontal and vertical agreements, merger control, abuse of dominance and antitrust compliance, as well as on regulatory and international contracts law. His work covers, in particular, advising on global distribution strategies, designing and enforcing selective distribution systems, drafting and implementing antitrust compliance programmes, representing in EU and Italian cartels proceedings, and assisting in merger control filings globally.

Prior to joining the firm Stefano served as an associate at the Milan office of a major U.S./UK law firm, where he focused his practice on competition and regulatory law, including foreign direct investment. He also worked as legal expert for competition and trade law matters at a leading Belgian/international law firm in Brussels, and did an internship at the Cartels Unit of the European Commission's DG COMP.
