Seasoned practitioner James Chen offers expertise in cross-jurisdictional mandates. He has a wealth of experience representing both issuers and underwriters in equity offerings and convertible bonds.

James Chen is regarded as a "very well experienced" practitioner in the market. He has notable experience acting on M&A and investment transactions relating to the PRC market. He is also well placed to handle capital markets work.

Jacqueline Fu has a strong track record of representing Taiwanese corporate clients in various overseas listings. She is particularly known for handling IPOs in the USA.
