Thomas Zelante Jr. is an associate at the firm’s Newark office. He is a member of the complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice group.
Prior to joining the firm, Thomas was a summer associate at K&L Gates in 2017 in the firm’s Newark office. Most recently, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Anne M. Patterson of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. In addition, Thomas served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Patty Shwartz on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and for the Honorable Stephanie A. Mitterhoff in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division.
While in law school, Thomas served as the Director of the Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition, a Senior Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review, a member of the Seton Hall Interscholastic Moot Court Board, and a member of the Honor Council. Thomas also worked as a student attorney on the Impact Litigation Clinic in the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice.
