Prior to joining the firm, Thomas served as an associate at an Orange County firm where he focused his practice on various capital markets transactions, including offerings of debt and equity securities, as well as corporate governance and securities law compliance. Thomas also has experience in transactions involving special purpose acquisition companies, including SPAC initial public offerings and de-SPAC transactions.
