Tim Fox is a senior associate in the firm's London office and focuses his practice on commercial litigation in the High Court, often with a multi-jurisdictional element, and international arbitration. He regularly advises on the interpretation and termination of commercial agreements, and has experience of ADR, including mediation. Recently, he has advised on a number of disputes in the aviation sector, including a US$40 million dispute under an aircraft sale and purchase agreement, and several Commercial Court disputes related to aircraft financing and leasing arrangements.
Tim joined the firm in March 2012. Between 2008 and 2012, he was a solicitor in the commercial disputes group of an international law firm based in London. In 2016 and 2017, Tim was seconded to Transport for London’s disputes team and to Formula One Management.
