Trey Bright is an associate in the Charlotte office and a member of the banking & asset finance practice group. He focuses his practice on corporate finance, private equity, mezzanine financing, and commercial lending. He represents both lenders and public and private borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans, and acquisition financings.
During law school, Trey served as managing editor of the First Amendment Law Review. He also served as an intern at the North Carolina Court of Appeals and then later aided a law firm in the drafting of an appellate brief presented to the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
