Tyler Lim is a lawyer in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group with a focus on complex commercial disputes. He has experience assisting private companies and individuals in a wide range of matters including contract disputes, claims for contribution, personal injury litigation, medical negligence litigation, indemnity disputes and class actions.
Tyler's litigation and class actions experience includes discovery review, interviewing witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings, legal research and analysis, and employing various methods of alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to joining the firm, Tyler was a solicitor in the injury practice group of a large national law firm specialising in traumatic brain injuries. Prior to that, he worked as a paralegal in the class actions practice group of a large national law firm.
During his university studies, Tyler studied in the United Kingdom and Japan and volunteered at Caxton Legal Centre (community legal centre).
