Tylynn R. Payne

Tylynn Payne is an associate in the firm’s Fort Worth office where she is a member of the oil, gas, and resources practice group. Tylynn’s practice is focused on oil and gas complex litigation. She is involved in the representation of clients in high-stakes disputes throughout the United States including royalty disputes, title questions, and a number of other complex contract issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Tylynn served as an associate for an oil-and-gas-focused law firm based in West Texas. Through this role, she defended privately owned, large independent, and Fortune 500 oil and gas companies in a range of multi-million-dollar oil and gas and complex commercial litigation matters.
