Zachary S. Buckheit

Zachary Buckheit is an associate in the Raleigh office and focuses his practice on the litigation and resolution of complex commercial disputes, with an emphasis on contract disputes, commercial torts cases, and real estate disputes.

Zachary represents clients in handling cases throughout the North Carolina state court system and corresponding federal district and appellate courts. Zachary’s experience includes litigating a variety of commercial contract disputes, real estate disputes, and commercial tort cases, such as those involving allegations of fraud, misrepresentation, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and misappropriation of trade secrets.

Zachary also represents and advises clients in summary ejectment proceedings and other real estate litigation matters.

Before joining the firm, Zachary served as a legal intern for the United States Attorney's Office of the Western District of North Carolina and a part-time legal clerk in the North Carolina Business Court. Zachary also served six years as a United States Army National Guard Infantryman.
