Abe Moore serves as a practice group coordinator for the firm’s Commercial Disputes group. An experienced lead counsel in both trials and arbitrations, he finds the best solution for his clients’ business disputes, while always considering their particular business objectives. When that solution is trial or arbitration, he is a dedicated and creative advocate for his clients.
Abe’s practice spans a wide array of complex disputes, including the defense of alleged discrimination claims, all manner of breach of contract claims, post-acquisition business disputes, and construction and real estate disputes. In the financial services sector, he has defended national banks against complex claims of widespread racial discrimination in home mortgage lending brought by numerous municipalities in federal courts as well as discrimination claims brought by individuals.
Abe spent several years expanding the Litigation and Disputes practice in the firm’s Doha, Qatar office. There, he helped clients resolve commercial disputes (including construction and shareholder disputes) via international arbitration, actions in local court, and through intensive negotiations.
In addition to commercial disputes, Abe is passionate about representing individual clients in disputes over cryopreserved embryos.
