Ashley Song

Ashley Song is a lawyer at K&L Gates LLP. She is part of the firm’s complex commercial litigation and disputes and labor and employment practice groups. She focuses her practice on business, consumer class action, and intellectual property litigation, as well as labor and workplace safety matters.

Her experience covers business and intellectual property litigation across diverse sectors, and she has also worked on various consumer class action claims related to California Consumer Legal Remedies Act, false advertising, and unfair competition, in addition to commercial disputes, including breach of contract and other related business torts. She also is experienced in handling employment disputes, investigations, due diligence for corporate transactions, as well as wage and hour compliance and workplace safety. 

Ashley is experienced in various phases of litigation, including fact discovery, dispositive motion practice, hearing attendance, trial preparation, mediation, and arbitration.

Previously, Ashley was a summer associate with the firm. In law school, Ashley participated in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program and worked as a teaching assistant to Professor Ariela Gross, the John B. and Alice R. Sharp Professor of Law and History.
