Ashley Song is an associate in the Orange County office. She is part of the firm’s commercial disputes and labor and employment practice groups. She focuses her practice on business litigation as well as labor and workplace safety matters.
Her experience covers a variety of fields across many industries, including labor disputes and investigations, employment due diligence for corporate transactions, as well as providing counsel to employers regarding wage and hour compliance and workplace safety. Her experience also covers business litigation across diverse industries, and she has advised on various consumer and industrial claims related to false advertising and unfair competition, in addition to claims related to commercial disputes, including breach of contract, tortious interference, and other business torts.
Ashley is experienced in various phases of litigation, including fact discovery, dispositive motion practice, hearing attendance, trial preparation, mediation, and arbitration.
Previously, Ashley was a summer associate with the firm. In law school, Ashley participated in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program and worked as a teaching assistant to Professor Ariela Gross, the John B. and Alice R. Sharp Professor of Law and History.
