Volker Gattringer ist seit 2009 Partner im Frankfurter Büro von K&L Gates und berät schwerpunktmäßig bei M&A-Transaktionen, insbesondere für Mandanten aus Ostasien, und bei der Restrukturierung und Sanierung von in der Krise befindlichen Unternehmen.

Als Rechtsanwalt und Diplom-Kaufmann verfügt Volker Gattringer über rechtliche und auch wirtschaftliche Expertise und hat langjährige Erfahrung bei komplexen Restrukturierungs- und M&A-Transaktionen, insbesondere in Bezug auf Unternehmensbewertung und Finanzmodelle.

Bevor Volker Gattringer 2009 zu K&L Gates kam, war er von 2006 bis 2009 mit Fokus auf Distressed Investments bei einem Finanzinvestor in Frankfurt tätig. 2003 bis 2006 war er als Rechtsanwalt bei einer weltweit führenden Kanzlei in Frankfurt für die Beratung bei M&A und Restrukturierungsprojekten vor allem im Bankensektor verantwortlich. Davor war er jeweils in der Investment Banking-Abteilung bei Merrill Lynch Capital Markets Frankfurt (1999-2002) und bei der Deutschen Bank AG in Frankfurt (1995-1999) tätig.
