Harald Knittel is counsel in the Frankfurt office of the firm and a member of the restructuring and insolvency practice group. Harald is active in the field of commercial law, with a focus on asserting claims in and out of court, but also defending against claims in the areas of insolvency avoidance and directors' liability.
Harald regularly represents insolvency administrators as well as creditors, shareholders and representatives of corporate bodies who are called upon by insolvency administrators.
