Prima di entrare a far parte dello studio, Viola ha lavorato come associate presso uno studio legale italiano con sede a Milano, dove ha prestato assistenza in un’ampia gamma di operazioni domestiche e transfrontaliere, tra cui finanziamenti corporate, acquisition e leveraged finance, real estate finance ed emissioni di obbligazioni.
