Jacob most recently served as a summer associate, and subsequently a law clerk, at the firm, where he assisted in the drafting of corporate documentation and public company filings. Prior to joining the firm, Jacob worked as a sports agent and consultant at a global sports agency where he represented action sport and Olympic focused athletes and assisted in the strategic planning for, and operations of, athlete-owned businesses.
Jacob received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he was a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society and was inducted into Alpha Sigma Nu. While in law school, Jacob served as a Note & Comment Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review and won the law school’s intermural transaction negotiation competition. Prior to attending law school, Jacob received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Oregon.
