Julia Mitarotondo is an associate in the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation and Disputes and Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice groups.
Julia has experience in all aspects of complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court, including drafting pleadings and motions and managing discovery. Julia also has extensive experience in international arbitration, including the representation of a megaproject EPC contractor in a multi-billion dollar dispute.
Julia regularly advises clients on a variety of state and federal employment matters, including hiring and separation, leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance, and employee classification. She also has extensive experience drafting employee handbooks, employment policies, and employment agreements, providing deal and transactional support, and performing client trainings.
Prior to joining the firm, Julia was a summer associate in the firm’s Boston office in 2015. In addition, she was a judicial extern to the Honorable F. Dennis Saylor IV of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Julia was a legal intern was at Greater Boston Legal Services, and a litigation paralegal for a national law firm.
