Kelvin Kesse is an associate in the firm’s Charlotte office and a member of the corporate/M&A practice group. He focuses his practice on securities, capital markets, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. He regularly advises clients on public and private securities offerings and has significant experience with U.S.-Canadian cross-border offerings.
He handles IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, all aspects of corporate governance matters, SEC reporting requirements and compliance (including under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934), stock exchange initial and additional listings (including NASDAQ, NYSE and NYSE American, as well as the OTC Markets) and on-going listing requirements and compliance.
Prior to joining the firm, Kelvin was an associate at a multinational law firm in Seattle.
