Prior to joining the firm, Kristina served as a staff attorney for the South Carolina Senate, where she worked with members in a nonpartisan capacity to draft bills and amendments to pending legislation.
Kristina worked at an international law firm, based in Washington, D.C., before moving to South Carolina. In her practice, she advised domestic and foreign clients on matters concerning U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and international regulatory compliance. In particular, her practice focused on obtaining food-contact regulatory clearances in the U.S. and abroad.
She also served as a Robert F. Kennedy ’51 Public Service Fellow at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Branch, Public Health Division, of the Office of the General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
